Another year with plenty of highlights…
We can’t quite believe that we’re saying goodbye to 2021 already. It’s been another strange year. Many faced tough times once again, whilst others started to feel like everything was ‘back to normal’, for a few months at least…
It was a year of growth for us, as we made new partnerships and welcomed new team members on board. Our tech evolved with the introduction of the Dynamic Portal for customers, and we learned to adapt once again to challenges that came with the ongoing pandemic.
We’re constantly thinking of different ways to stand out, so throughout the month of April, we made it our mission to spread joy and laughter as part of our Happy Hospital campaign. The Dynamic drivers did this by telling their best dad jokes and going out of their way to make staff smile, all whilst providing the same exceptional service that we’re known for. It was a small gesture of thanks to our key workers and NHS heroes who have carried the country on their shoulders throughout the pandemic.
By doing what we could to make sure the hospital staff we work with were smiling, our goal was not only to lift their spirits. It was also to show them and our customers that we are genuinely proud to be tasked with such an important part of the process behind successful surgeries. Finally, it was a simple way of showing that we’re not just another courier – we care deeply about our client’s reputations and we handle every delivery or collection with the level of service that it deserves.
Although the campaign was during April, it was something we carried with us throughout the rest of the year, too. Why? Our General Manager, Michael, summed up what drives us.
“I love knowing that we make a difference to people’s lives. We understand the importance of collecting medical equipment with care, and ensuring it gets back to the customer as planned so that another operation can go ahead successfully. I know we are a small cog in the wheel but it brings me so much joy to know we care and always put the patient first.”
We were delighted that it was another 365 days where we received fantastic feedback from both clients and hospitals. A few kind words really do motivate the team, and we’re so lucky to have people who let us know when we’re doing a good job. Barry, Operations Manager at LINK Orthopaedics, had this to say…
“We literally couldn’t exist without Dynamic. We wouldn’t operate at all. You don’t want to let the patient down at the end of the day, and we never do with Dynamic. The hospital doesn’t worry, the rep doesn’t worry, we don’t worry.”
And, on that note, we’re so proud of the work the Dynamic team has done this year. So, 1542 unique locations and 59340 deliveries and collections later, there’s only one thing left to say… Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
