Throughout the month of April, we made it our mission to spread joy and laughter as part of our Happy Hospital campaign. The Dynamic drivers did this by telling their best dad jokes and going out of their way to make staff smile, all whilst providing the same exceptional service that we’re known for. It was a small gesture of thanks to our key workers and NHS heroes who have carried the country on their shoulders throughout the pandemic.
By doing what we can to make sure the hospital staff we work with are smiling, our goal is not only to lift their spirits. It’s also to show them and our customers that we are genuinely proud to be tasked with such an important part of the process behind successful surgeries. Finally, it’s a simple way of showing that we’re not just another courier – we care deeply about our client’s reputations and we handle every delivery or collection with the level of service that it deserves.
It was a real boost to receive such great feedback from our clients, who aren’t in the hospitals with us but are kept up to date on the status of their equipment. Many of them told us that they loved the campaign and enjoyed seeing the smiling staff all across the UK. Isn’t it great that you can still recognise a big grin even behind a mask??
Team Dynamic are in hospitals every day, meeting staff and building relationships as we deliver and collect vital equipment. This means that, over the years, our drivers have built great relationships with key workers. Stephen, who loved playing his part in the campaign, made sure to get one of his regulars involved:
“I really wanted to nominate Lisa at BMI Bath Clinic. She’s always so friendly, bubbly and helpful.”
We know that making people smile is small in the grand scheme of things, but sometimes that’s what makes all the difference. Of course, it wouldn’t be a campaign without an element of competition… Soon we’ll be awarding the “happiest” hospital and driver. Our Sales & Marketing manager, Kelly, sums it up best:
“I’m so amazed by the response we’ve had from the hospitals and our clients about our campaign. It’s so lovely to see happy smiling faces out there and know that we aren’t just any other courier. We’ve had so many great entries and we cannot wait to crown the happiest hospital of April! Although I do feel for the hospital staff – I’ve heard some of the dad jokes the drivers have been telling them… I think they should stick to their day job!”
Thank you to all of the hospital staff and our drivers who got involved in the happiest campaign of the year so far, and thank you to our valued clients who continue to trust us with their life-changing medical equipment. We’ll keep delivering, always with a smile.
