Please note all goods carried by Dynamic Medical Logistics are subject to the Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage 2020, EXCEPT THAT:
- The figure for the limitation of liability for the purposes of clause 12(1)(c) and (c)(iv) will be £40.00 per kilogramme; and
- As Dynamic load and unload the vehicle (a) clause 4 shall not apply; and (b) for the purposes of clause 7(1), Transit shall commence when Dynamic takes possession of the Consignment.
