This Thursday (26th September), Dynamic Medical Logistics will be in attendance at The Logistics Awards 2019, held at The Vox Conference Centre, Birmingham.
We are very pleased to have been shortlisted in two awards categories at this year’s ceremony, the ‘Future Skills Award’ and ‘Operations SME (<500 Employees) Award’. In both categories, we are shortlisted alongside a variety of strong companies from different industries, who, like Dynamic will have had a positive last twelve months to be shortlisted in these categories.
The ‘Future Skills Award’ recognises companies who have implemented an education and training programme within their business, aimed at improving their operations and developing the next generation of logistical experts within their organisation.
Over the last twelve months, Dynamic team members have successfully completed a variety of recognised qualifications. All members of our Customer Service team completed a Level 3 qualification in Customer Services with them now all going on to work towards their Level 4. In May, our Marketing Manager completed a Level 6 Professional Diploma in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an equivalent level to an undergraduate degree.
Learning and further education has become a big pillar in Dynamic’s business culture and continues with qualifications currently been undertaken by team members including an MBA (Masters of Business Administration), CIPD Level 5 Qualification in Human Resources, ISO 9001 Foundations Course & Internal Auditing Course as well as smaller accredited training courses offered across the company in areas such as Microsoft Excel.
“Dynamic are the most reliable courier we have ever worked with. They make the customer service teams life 100 times easier, knowing that loan kits are going to be delivered on time and reliably collected. The service from all departments from the drivers to the customer service and logistics team is second to none. We would not use another courier and would struggle to function as a business without the support provided by Dynamic in delivering and collecting our loan kits. These comments are reflected by our own customers who constantly comment on how reliable we are as a company and this is because of the high level of service from Dynamic.” – Barry Beveridge, Operations Manager, LINK Orthopaedics UK
We’d like to wish everyone shortlisted for an award the best of luck this Thursday, and we look forward to meeting some of you at the awards ceremony.
